Over the last year, Yakima Vista LLC has been working hard to continue to complete the land development for the homes that comprise McCarver Village.  That development is related to the work required to produce lots that builders, like O'Connor Associates, purchase to build quality homes. To date, there are two townhouse/row house developments that have been built by O'Connor Associates.  Another developer, by the name of Rock Harbor LLC, has purchased five lots to the south of the first neighborhood groupings and they plan to build townhouses there.

We have completed the land development process for a large parcel along I Street that is planned to be a 4 or 5 story condominium building.  O'Connor Associates have made a purchase offer to Yakima Vista LLC that has been accepted.  With the variables of financing and closing dates, Yakima Vista LLC cannot provide any insight into a construction schedule, but are excited to be continuing to align ourselves with this quality builder.  Yakima Vista LLC has also entered into a purchase and sales agreement with O'Connor Associates for the balance of the McCarver Village property.   We are very satisfied to have such a strong relationship and common vision with O'Connor Associates as McCarver Village continues to grow over the next year and more.
